A fine and heavy salad serving set by Tiffany (New York) in the Chrysanthemum pattern. 7 ounces, 9 5/8 inches long. No monogram and in perfect condition.
This pattern was designed by the talented Charles Grosjean (1841-1888) and patented in 1880. Grosjean began work for Tiffany at the age of 27 and before his death designed a number of flatware patterns which have remained popular to this day.
